Greenfield is looking for a Manager - Maintenance & Asset Management to join its growing team.

 

Greenfield Global's Renewable Energy Business Unit is going through a period of accelerated development, where the need to carry out major projects justifies the addition of internal and external resources to ensure the quality of services.   In your role, you will be responsible for setting development directions, implementing planning strategies and overseeing the development of the reliability program related to SÉMECS facilities. You will be in charge of all activities related to plant maintenance, in addition to managing assets and capital projects.

Job responsibilities, as Manager - Maintenance & Asset Management

 

- Manage human resources and personnel management activities within the department;

- Participate in setting plant objectives and sales targets;

- Design, plan and implement improvements to work methods;

- Maintain the plant's equipment and buildings;

- Guide his team in carrying out mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance;

- Manage various capital projects and monitor maintenance budgets;

- Ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and on schedule, and that standards are maintained;

- Implement and apply engineering and change management processes for his team;

- Prepare budgets for capital investments;

- Plan and prioritize routine work and one-off shutdowns;

- Promote the importance of the company's values and code of conduct;

- Be an active member of the management team/Set departmental objectives;

- Work closely with other departments;
