About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our UK & Ireland team as a Digital Marketing Manager based in London. This role is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies across our key digital sales channels and delivering best-in-class digital experiences for our guests. This role sits within our UK Marketing team and will report to the Senior marketing manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the TUKI strategic relationship with our delivery partners (Just Eat, Deliveroo & Uber Eats) to deliver impactful marketing plans to take delivery to the next level. Work alongside our EMEA digital team to feed into the overall strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the Analytics Team to deliver a data driven approach to our digital offers strategy. Use data and analytics to review and refine ongoing activities to develop and implement a digital commercial calendar.
  • Establish best-in-class menus across all our digital sales channels to maximize sales and create a compelling guest experience.
  • Work alongside the Operations Team to support Subway's kiosk and solution to stores and play a role in a major step change for the business.
  • Support the ongoing penetration of our Click & Collect proposition across the UK & Ireland to grow our digital footprint and deliver profitability to Franchisees.
  • Responsibility for local digital menu briefing, creation and supply of assets and ultimate signoff.
  • Build strong relationships with our Franchisee community to bring them on our digital transformation journey and ensure strong buy in and participation in campaigns.
  • Drive SEO through external platforms such as Yext.
  • Support the overall EMEA region with best practice knowledge sharing.
  • Support the EMEA digital team with global projects that impact TUKI.
  • Wider TUKI marketing commercial support.
  • Support with budget management and new vendor set up, as well as managing our store support inbox.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required.
  • 5-6 years’ experience within the digital (marketing) space.
  • Ability to stay effective under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital marketing experience with an understanding of delivery and its role within
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns end to end, from strategic development through to campaign.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong stakeholder management
  • An excellent team player with the ability to engage with people at all levels of the
  • Strong commercial acumen with an eye for attention to detail.
