Junior Tech Support
Duties and responsibilities
● Work closely with our IT team to support our employees
● Strong computer and web based problem solving skills
● Troubleshoot Microsoft Applications and Windows Operating gSystems (Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2012)
● Able to work independently and in a team environment
● Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload
● Be on call for any immediate needs
● Archive troubleshooting steps taken
● Manage inventory of hardware and software
Job Requirements
● A minimum of 1 year of technical customer service preferred
● Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
● Experience with help desk ticketing systems and RMS (Zenhub, trello)
● Good critical thinking skills
