Position Overview
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for delivering client solutions that meet the approved scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards. This role includes detailed project planning, execution, control, deployment (including training and handoff to the business), warranty support, and closure.

Duties and Responsibilities    
•    Client Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction and project team performance
•    Project Planning: Develop a thorough understanding of proposals, business, and IT requirements. Prepare detailed plans of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resourcing, procurement, and communications and secure necessary approvals
•    Resource Management: Secure project resources and lead the team to achieve project goals
•    Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team. Provide status reports, manage changes, and address risks/issues
•    Knowledge Management: Utilize lessons learned from other projects and ensure knowledge transfer to team members
•    Strategic Thinker: Oversee all project phases, manage resources, ensure knowledge management, and balance project details with the big picture
•    Leader: Lead by example, communicate project value, and encourage teamwork
•    Diplomat: Influence collaboration, respond to client needs, and build project support
    
Qualifications
•    8-10 years in the retail brokerage marketplace
•    Vendor management and negotiation experience
•    Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and latitude
•    Financial management skills, including budget tracking and status reporting
•    Detail-oriented and highly organized

Education    
•    Undergraduate degree with preference to those with a Business Administration major
•    Graduate degree preferred
•    CSC and CPH preferred
•    PMP or equivalent preferred
