The Opportunity:


The Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining our continuous improvement (CI) strategies for packaging and manufacturing operations at Factors Group. This role ensures that all CI activities align with our core values, including our commitment to sustainability—balancing people, planet, and profit in every initiative.

You’re good at:

  • Leading and implementing continuous improvement (CI) projects.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzing complex data and solving operational issues.

 

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management or CI, with proven success in Lean and Six Sigma in a  related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Visio, Access, and process mapping.
