The Opportunity:

In this role you will:
- Work Monday to Friday (2:15 pm – 10:15 pm), permanent full-time (37.5 hours)
- Lead packaging line workers by example
- Motivate packaging crew to meet production targets
- Participate in daily packaging activities
- Train packaging line workers
- Work closely with other supporting departments
You have:
- Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- The physical ability to perform all duties
- Mechanical inclination
- Previous leadership background
- Hands-on experience in a mid/fast paced environment (an asset)
