QA Compliance Sr. Specialist

You’re good at:

• Coordinating activities for key licenses, export health certificates/permits, and import requests
• Evaluating vendor materials and managing documentation for approvals and queries
• Developing and maintaining food safety plans (PCP/HACCP)
• Tracking and updating licensing and certification compliance
• Overseeing customer and brand-related quality deliverables
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on quality initiatives
• Adhering to SOPs, cGMP, and GVPs

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science
• 5+ years' experience in food, NHP, and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in FSMA, SFCR, and HACCP/PCP certification
• Experience with vendor audits; Certified Quality Auditor is a plus
• Knowledge of CFIA, FDA, USDA, Health Canada, EU TRACES, and TGA regulations
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications
