Supervisor- Healthy Choice

Do you have a passion for a healthy lifestyle and leading people? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is looking for a friendly and energetic person to be a Supervisor - Healthy Choice in our Health and Wellness Department in Barrhead, Alberta.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working with health and wellness products
• Passion for health, wellness, and wholesome ingredients
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working during peak retail hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds 

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ordering, receiving, and merchandising products for the Healthy Choice Department
• Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve the “Full and Fresh” quality standards
• Overseeing day-to-day operations in the Healthy Choice Department
• Team member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
• Ensuring a clean and sanitize work area
• Prepare special orders as per customers request
• Providing assistance to the department manager as needed
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Location: Barrhead, Alberta
• Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
