Produce Supervisor

Do you enjoy the fast-paced industry of produce and have a proven ability of leading people? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to be a Produce Supervisor in Manning, Alberta.                                                     

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of grocery or retail experience
• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ordering, receiving, and merchandising 
• Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve quality standards
• Maintain sales records and operate computerized sales and inventory systems
• Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
• Clean and sanitize work area
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Location: Manning, Alberta
• Wage: $19.00 - $24.00 / hour
