Location: College Drive Campus
Status: Permanent Full-Time – Replacement (2 Positions)
Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Pay Rate: $24.96 per hour

Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year recent caretaking experience
- Thorough knowledge of janitorial procedures, products, equipment, and their safe application
- Familiarity with WHMIS and safety training
- Physically capable of safely performing the required duties of the position
Responsibilities:
- Safely and effectively perform all caretaking functions including damp mopping, stripping and refinishing of floors, carpet maintenance, cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, moving furniture, snow removal, grounds maintenance, waste collection and disposal, equipment maintenance and other related duties as assigned
