Job Title: Academic Quality Assistant

Status: Regular Part-Time
Hours Per Week: Up to 24 hours
Pay Rate: $23.42/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two year College Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum six (6) months experience working in a professional office environment
- Knowledge of data analytics and quality assurance processes preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer and office technology; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required
- Must be able to reliably commute to the College Drive Campus in North Bay, ON
DUTIES:
- Gather, collate and maintain relevant academic files
- Assist in compiling and preparing academic data for quality assurance reports, meetings and presentations
- Assist in the development of survey tools for the acquisition of survey data
- Organize tracking files for all relevant academic data and quality process action items
- Support AEQM processes through various document developments such as spreadsheets, reports, databases, forms, and word-based documents
- Support the collection, organization and delivery of Academic Progression and Exam Boards including partner delivery
- Support institutional assessment of quality assurance processes
- Schedule meetings, take minutes and track meeting action items
- Attend regular meetings and communicate with college stakeholders
- Provide general office support
- Other duties as assigned
