Join our team as a QA Compliance Coordinator, where you will organize, coordinate, and support the activities necessary to achieve and maintain various quality compliance and certification initiatives across Factors Group locations. You will ensure that all actions align with our core values, including our commitment to sustainability (people, planet, and profit), throughout the planning and implementation processes.

You’re good at:

  • Organizing and coordinating activities to achieve and maintain key certifications.
  • Conducting vendor audits and managing vendor performance.
  • Developing and maintaining quality agreements with various stakeholders.
  • Investigating product quality complaints and issuing CAPAs.
  • Conducting trend analysis and presenting comprehensive reports.
  • Adhering to and enforcing safety policies and cGMP/GVP guidelines.

 

What you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food, natural health products, and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, CFIA, FDA, Health Canada, European Union TRACES, and TGA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Organic accreditation and certification programs.
  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and complaint handling (an asset).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
